I managed this thought leadership campaign end-to-end, working in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders including UK community interest company, The Diversity Trust, who I was privileged to work with.
I acted as scriptwriter and created the deck for this webinar, which featured a panel of experts who offered their views on the research behind this thought leadership campaign. This event was co-hosted by two spokespeople, and so the script was split between the two of them, taking into account their differing roles within the event and their own lived experience.
Our online event had the highest level of audience engagement during my time managing the webinar programme.
Over 650 people registered for the webinar, while over 500 people at time of writing have viewed the recording. This content sparked insightful, impactful conversation with employers.
This content was also presented at In-House Recruitment Live's Diversity & Inclusion Conference, Diversity and Inclusion Conference, in front of over 100 delegates from the talent acqusition, employer brand and D,E&I space.

Coupled with downloads of the report (written by my colleague and edited by myself), totalling over 1,800, this was amongst the most far-reaching thought leadership campaigns I managed.
