This digital report was the meatiest piece of content within a thought leadership campaign highlighting social inequality in the UK and the steps employers can take to make their recruitment and retention processes more equitable.
Over 850 leads were generated from report downloads in 2021-2022.
It details the insights learned from the research programme I led for this project, and uses these findings as an anchor for the employer advice and recommendations, in partnership with UK charity The Social Mobility Foundation.
The narrative explores key terminology in the social mobility space, current state of play, before taking the reader through the steps of a career journey and how an individual's socioeconomic background impacts their access to opportunity at each stage.
