Positioned as teaser content to encouraged readers to download gated content, this checklist was part of a thought leadership campaign focused on the role employers can play in boosting social mobility in the UK and the barriers to success that can be in place for people from less advantaged socioeconomic backgrounds.
Tied into the research programme I led, as well as expert advice from the UK charity the Social Mobility Foundation, the checklist details some of the relevant actions employers can take to make their attraction, recruitment and retention strategies more inclusive.
