Working in collaboration with think-tank The Work Foundation, this thought leadership campaign was developed using a mixed-methods research approach, which included in-depth interviews carried out by The Work Foundation alongside the creation of surveys.
Over 400 leads were generated from report downloads.
The report narrative is split into three core pillars: recruitment, retention and progression, based on the most significant findings from the research undertaken for this campaign. I acted as report editor, creating a narrative outline and collaborating closely with The Work Foundation team to finesse the written report.
