I led the development and execution of a quarterly research progamme to inform an article series focused on recruitment trends and candidate behaviour. The hiring outlook was contextualised within the economic and sociopolitical backdrop of the preceeding three months.


I collaborated closely with designers to develop a campaign identity focused on colourful infographics to spotlight key findings within the articles.


The series provided employers with a timely snapshot of the UK market. This positioned the Totaljobs brand as a thought leader and expert, able to frequently provide in-depth insights and analysis that helped businesses to chart the trajectory of the labour market.

The series became well-established within the recruitment industry, becoming something that was actively sought after by clients. So much so, that I then adapted the research into a webinar series to complement the written content.


The series proved popular outside of the recruitment space too, with press coverage totalling 420 outlets in 2021-2022, including BBC Radio 4 Today Show and the Daily Telegraph.


The accompanying webinar series brought almost 2,000 leads to the business in the same time period.
