The Career Change Tracker was an evolution of a previous campaign called 'Transfer Market'. The one pagers from the previous campaign were hosted behind a gated landing page, generating over 1,600 downloads between 2021-2022.
The Tracker enabled recruiters to explore a range of industries and the career changes recorded. As the research and content lead of the Transfer Market campaign, I acted as project manager and advisor for the development of the Tracker. This included collaborating closely with in-house designers alongiside hte team at DesignStudio, editing proposed copy for the Tracker itself as well as the accompanying insights article and data visualisations. This ensured that while the Career Change Tracker campaign could stand on its own, the tone and overall campaign message aligned with what had been at the heart of the previous campaign.
